CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Súhlas so spracovaním osobných údajov (ďalej len „Súhlas“): Súhlasím so spracovaním svojich osobných údajov spoločnosťou Fishbone s.r.o. (IČO 54128765) email: info@okoboro.com v zmysle Nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady EÚ 2016/679 (GDPR). Spoločnosť oprávňujem spracovať svoje osobné údaje v rozsahu: meno a priezvisko, titul, e-mail a telefónne číslo za účelom vzájomnej komunikácie a distribúcie informácií o jeho aktivitách, projektoch a výzvach. Som si vedomý svojich práv v zmysle GDPR.

Right to access:

You can us to request issuance of a confirmation of whether, and if so, what personal data we collect. At your request we shall be obliged to you to disclose. If contacting us on the provision of personal data repeatedly, we may charge a reasonable fee corresponding to the administrative costs associated with the repeated provision of your data.

Right to correction and additions:

If you find that any of your data that we keep, they are incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to repair and replenish.

Right to deletion:

If you no longer want, that we processed your personal data, you have the right to ask us for their deletion. Right to submit a proposal for action on the protection of personal data:

If you believe that we have violated your rights when processing personal data, you may submit to the Office for personal data protection of the SLOVAK republic a proposal for the commencement of proceedings on the protection of personal data. We would be pleased, if you before the filing of such a proposal have contacted us directly and give us the opportunity to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Right to object:

Please note that you have the right to object to processing of your personal data, in case, if their processing occurs on a legal basis a legitimate interest of our or a third party or processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public power. Your personal data is not further processed, if nepreukážeme that our legitimate interests prevail over your rights or interests. Also, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of direct marketing, including profiling to the extent that is related to direct marketing. If you object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, we must not further your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing process.

If you choose to apply to us any of the above rights, you can do so at the below mentioned contacts. We rst validate that it's really you, t.j. we may ask you to prove your identity.

At your request we will respond within one month of its receipt. This period may extend, in justified cases, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, about two months, and even repeatedly. Of any such extension and the reasons for the we will inform you. At Your request, we will respond in the same form in which it was filed, if we ask you to provide certain information by other means.
