I am an international negotiator and trainer of negotiation. I guide clients through high-stakes cases at domestic and international level, including major trade negotiations.
With clients working on their negotiation cases, in principle, when it comes to a lot. They are usually large cases at domestic and international level. Eg. major trade negotiation, investors, mergers, increasing prices, rescue before krachom, change historically nevýhodne set of contracts, the quarrels between the owners, hacking attacks, property negotiations, and the like. I also coach bargaining specializing in entrepreneurs, high management and the more advanced.
Before the current work I have for many years spent the leadership of the business departments, companies and teams. To my work experience includes management of the business development department for Central and Eastern Europe at IBM and management of the business departments and teams in the Dell. Then, after a corporate career, I directed a fintech company and later to own a sports-technology start-up.

I am a behavioural psychologist, negotiator and trainer specializing in negotiation and ethical influence. I am the only official partner of the Cialdini Institute in the region.
As the only one in the surrounding countries, I'm an official partner Cialdini Institute, founded and guided directly to Robert Cialdinim, which is considered to be the father of the impact.
In the framework of the trainings and consultations, I help clients benefit from the psychology and principles that run in our mind, that in important situations have reached agreement, or heard the "yes" significantly more often – and this in a way that respects ethical principles and builds long-term relationships. Also konzultujem and represent clients in difficult negotiation kauzách, where kombinujem negotiation techniques along with behavioral principles and knowledge of psychology. The development of organizations, leaders and experts in them I devote my entire professional career, more than 11 years, externally and earlier years in the framework of the transnational corporations, as a specialist and manager for education. Managerial position I years, she held also in the purchasing department within the company SAbMiller.
Even though it was an interesting and valuable experience, from which čerpám especially in the training of negotiation, my passion for the development of people brought me back to training and psychology.
