I am an international negotiator and trainer of negotiation. I guide clients through high-stakes cases at domestic and international level, including major trade negotiations.
With clients working on their negotiation cases, in principle, when it comes to a lot. They are usually large cases at domestic and international level. Eg. major trade negotiation, investors, mergers, increasing prices, rescue before krachom, change historically nevýhodne set of contracts, the quarrels between the owners, hacking attacks, property negotiations, and the like. I also coach bargaining specializing in entrepreneurs, high management and the more advanced.
Before the current work I have for many years spent the leadership of the business departments, companies and teams. To my work experience includes management of the business development department for Central and Eastern Europe at IBM and management of the business departments and teams in the Dell. Then, after a corporate career, I directed a fintech company and later to own a sports-technology start-up.
